Formula
Period days and ovulation dates are derived from the last-period start D, period length L, and cycle length C. The luteal phase is treated as 14 days:
periodStart(i) = D + i × C
periodDays(i) = periodStart(i) … periodStart(i) + L − 1
nextPeriod = D + C
ovulation = nextPeriod − 14
ovulationWindow = ovulation − 2 … ovulation + 2
The six-cycle table uses i from 0 through 5. A 1-day period is still shown
as a range (start and end on the same day).
These dates are estimates for planning, not a form of birth control and not a medical diagnosis. Irregular cycles, illness, and stress can all move ovulation and bleeding.

Next period = September 8 + 28 = October 6, 2026, lasting through October 10. Ovulation = October 6 − 14 = September 22, 2026, with a most-probable window of September 20–24.
Same last period with a 22-day cycle
A shorter cycle moves everything earlier: next period is September 30, 2026, and the ovulation window is September 14–18, 2026.
